Hi friends! After the good result at the Silverstone race weekend I improved to p4 in the overall ranking and now have an eye on top-3. My teammate Pastor Maldonado is placed third with equal number of points. At the moment we are only 14 points behind the actual point leader.
Nico Hülkenberg did it again. After P7 in the qualifying the young german improved to P3 in the race on saturday and entered the podium for the second time in this season. In the sprint race on sunday he finished 5th. With 26 points he is placed in fourth position in the overall ranking.
Istanbul: Huelkenberg joins Top5 group of GP2 drivers

At Istanbul I joined the “club” of Top5 drivers and finally made it up to the fifth position in the championship. Although starting from pole position on Saturday, I only managed the fifth place in the first race. In the second race I finished fourth and finally made it to the fifth position in the championship with 17 points but only one point gap to the third.
Nico Hülkenberg has taken his first pole position in the main series. The German bided his time throughout the session before unleashing a lap of 1:34.404, setting all three fastest sectors with just five minutes remaining.
First GP2-podium in Monaco

Last weekend I celebrated my first GP2 main series podium in Monte Carlo. It was something very special to reach it at the spectacular street circuit in Monaco.
